Appointments

Visiting us during the coronavirus pandemic

  • Please wear a face mask when you come to the surgery

  • Children aren't allowed in the surgery, unless the appointment is for them. This is to minimise the risk of infection for everyone.

  • If the appointment is for a child, we ask that only one adult accompanies them

  • Read the latest NHS advice on coronavirus

How to make an appointment

While we're in the coronavirus pandemic, we're offering phone and video appointments in the first instance. But if your doctor or nurse feels you need a face to face appointment, they will organise one for you.

To make an appointment:

  • Call us on 01223 860 387.
  • Book online. You’ll need an account to do this. If you don’t have one yet, give our reception team a call on 01223 860 387.

How to cancel an appointment

To cancel your appointment, call us on 01223 860 387. You can also cancel in your online account.

If you decide you don’t need your appointment any more, please cancel as soon as you’re able to, so we can offer the appointment to someone else who needs it.

Home visits

During the coronavirus pandemic, we'll always give you a call first to assess your condition and the need for a home visit.

If the doctor feels that your condition needs a home visit, we'll arrange one for you.
